VinFast offers up to US$60,000 per new e-motorcycle showroom in Philippines, Indonesia

VinFast is offering incentives of up to US$60,000 per new electric motorcycle showroom in the Philippines and Indonesia as the Vietnamese automaker seeks to expand its dealership network across the two Southeast Asian markets.

Announced on October 13, the program provides financial assistance to dealer partners opening new outlets before the end of 2026, with additional incentives for early openings and businesses establishing multiple locations.
Dealers that open showrooms by December 31, 2026, can receive basic support of up to US$40,000 per location. The amount depends on the showroom’s size, floor area and compliance with VinFast’s dealership standards.
An additional US$5,000 is available for each showroom opened by October 31, while partners establishing three or more outlets qualify for a further US$15,000 per location.
Combined, the incentives can reach US$60,000 for each qualifying showroom.
VinFast said the package is intended to encourage local businesses to join its distribution network while expanding consumer access to electric motorcycles.
Beyond financial assistance, the company will provide business consulting, marketing support and staff training. Dealer partners will also receive guidance on showroom design, operating procedures and customer service standards.
The initial motorcycle lineup includes the Evo, Feliz II and Viper, all designed to support battery swapping. Dealers will also have access to VinFast’s expanding service and warranty network, including assistance for service workshops.
“Expanding our dealer network is an important part of VinFast’s strategy to build an electric motorcycle ecosystem in international markets,” said Vo Thi Cam Tu, Managing Director of VinFast E-scooter Overseas Markets.
She said the company intends to work closely with local businesses, from establishing dealerships to managing daily operations and serving customers.
VinFast reported 63 operating electric motorcycle dealerships across the Philippines and Indonesia as of September 2026.
The company is targeting hundreds of outlets in both markets by the end of the year as it expands its electric motorcycle distribution and supporting services in Southeast Asia.
