VinFast opens first southern Metro Manila e-motorcycle hub with New Nemar at MOA

VinFast E-Motorcycle Philippines has opened its first hub in southern Metro Manila with New Nemar at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, expanding the EV brand’s two-wheel network with a full 3S facility.

The VinFast E-Motorcycle MOA by New Nemar dealership formally opened on September 27 at One E-Com Center Building along Harbor Drive.

The outlet carries VinFast’s complete Philippine electric motorcycle lineup of the Evo, Feliz II and Viper. It also provides sales, service and spare-parts support under one roof.

The opening gives VinFast a presence in one of Metro Manila’s busiest commercial districts and extends its reach to riders in Pasay and nearby cities.

VinFast formally entered the Philippine electric motorcycle market in July with 21 dealerships across the country as it began building a wider sales and after-sales network for its two-wheel EV business.

Its local lineup starts with the Evo, which can travel up to 150 kilometers with two fully charged batteries and has a top speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

The Feliz II and Viper can reach 90 km/h and offer up to 145 km of travel with two batteries. The Viper uses a 5,200-watt motor and comes with smart keyless ignition.

Prices with battery subscription start at P62,900 for the Evo, P64,900 for the Feliz II and P73,900 for the Viper. Customers may also buy the motorcycles with one or two batteries instead of subscribing.

VinFast has placed battery swapping at the center of its Philippine e-motorcycle strategy. The company has announced plans to deploy 30,000 swapping cabinets nationwide with infrastructure partners.

The system allows riders to exchange depleted batteries for charged units instead of waiting for a recharge. Home charging remains available for owners who prefer to charge their motorcycles directly.

VinFast has also offered free public battery swaps during the first year, subject to a limit of 20 swaps per motorcycle each month.

The MOA opening adds another key location to VinFast’s young Philippine e-motorcycle network while New Nemar takes charge of the brand’s first dedicated hub in southern Metro Manila.
