VinFast expands e-motorcycle network with MOA hub

VinFast has opened a new e-motorcycle hub at the Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City, taking its Philippine network to 36 operational 3S locations just two months after entering the local electric motorcycle market.

The 125.30-square-meter VinFast MOA facility combines vehicle display, charging solutions and technical services in one location. Its position near major roads and transport hubs gives the electric vehicle maker a presence in one of Metro Manila’s busiest commercial districts.

Customers can see and test ride the Evo, Feliz II and Viper e-motorcycles at the facility. The hub also provides information on VinFast’s “one-minute battery swap” system, home-charging options and ownership packages.

VinFast said the facility is designed to support customers from product consultation through after-sales service.

The MOA location is the second VinFast e-motorcycle facility developed and operated by New Nemar Development Corp. The dealer partner opened its first VinFast outlet in Lipa City, Batangas.

VinFast said it now works with 33 dealer partners and has 36 operational 3S locations across the country. Its Philippine network has expanded across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao as the company builds distribution, technical support and battery-swapping services for its electric motorcycles.

Other local partners include Wheeltek Motor Sales Corp., Motor Ace Philippines, Multibikes Corporation, Vismotor Corporation, BLC Cycle, Bikeworld Inc. and several regional motorcycle retailers.

“The opening of VinFast MOA is an important milestone, demonstrating our commitment to bringing a new era of mobility to the Philippines,” VinFast E-Motorcycle Philippines CEO Niño Fabros said.

Fabros said the company’s growing partnership with New Nemar shows dealer confidence in VinFast’s electric mobility business and the prospects for electric motorcycles in the country.

“Every new showroom brings e-motorcycles closer to Filipinos, while expanding green mobility choices and contributing to sustainable transportation in the Philippines,” he said.

VinFast entered the Philippine e-motorcycle market with a strategy that combines vehicle sales with charging and battery-swapping support. The company said the expansion of its dealer network is intended to give customers wider access to after-sales services and flexible charging options.

The MOA facility adds a major Metro Manila location to that network, complementing VinFast’s growing group of motorcycle dealer partners nationwide.

VinFast, a subsidiary of Vietnam’s Vingroup JSC, also produces electric sport utility vehicles and buses. The company is expanding its distribution and manufacturing operations across several international markets, including Asia.
