VinFast Philippines opened a new dealership in Pasay City on September 12 as the electric vehicle maker works toward a nationwide network of 60 dealerships in 2026.

VinFast Pasay operates in partnership with Ravox Car Dealership Corporation. The 270-square-meter facility is located at Space 2 and 3, Hongji Gardens, Lot 4, Block 2, Superblock-A Macapagal.

The dealership serves customers in southern Metro Manila. It offers charging stations, genuine spare parts, preventive maintenance and other sales and after-sales services.

VinFast Southeast Asia chief executive Antonio “Toti” Zara III led the official opening with VinFast Philippines deputy chief executive for sales and network development Abner Berdos and communications director Nora Liquido.

They were joined by SM Engineering Design and Development Corporation president Hans Chico Sy, Ravox Car Dealership Corporation president Jerome Uy and Cellboy chief executive Alvin Chu Teng. Guests, media representatives and key opinion leaders also attended the event.

The Pasay opening comes as VinFast builds its Philippine retail and service network with more local partners.

The automaker recently signed memoranda of understanding with 13 dealer groups that plan to establish 27 new outlets across Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.

The planned network will strengthen VinFast’s coverage in Metro Manila and Cebu and bring the brand to more customers in Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban and Subic Bay.

The agreements cover vehicle sales and after-sales services. VinFast also plans to increase charging access through V-Green and local partners.

Zara described the Philippines as a key market in VinFast’s long-term regional strategy. He said the automaker intends to develop its products, services and infrastructure alongside its dealership network.

The company expects its local partners’ market knowledge and automotive retail experience to support its target of 60 Philippine dealerships by the end of 2026.
