OMODA & JAECOO Adds 24/7 Roadside Support

OMODA & JAECOO Philippines has rolled out a 24/7 roadside assistance program for eligible customers as part of its OJ Care after-sales service.

The Roadside Assistance program covers selected vehicle breakdowns and other unexpected situations on the road. Services include emergency towing, battery jump-start assistance, minor on-site technical support and help for flat tires.

Customers may also receive assistance in coordinating with the nearest authorized OMODA & JAECOO dealership when a vehicle requires further inspection, repair or technical support.

The program runs from March 2026 to March 2027 and covers eligible OMODA & JAECOO vehicle releases, including the C5, J7, EJ6, E5, J5 HEV and J5 BEV, subject to program requirements and terms.

Coverage includes the National Capital Region and several provinces and cities across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Some areas are excluded because of safety, security or service limitations.

Specific roadside assistance services may also depend on location, road and weather conditions, the nature of the problem and other circumstances.

Eligible customers may call the OMODA & JAECOO Roadside Assistance Hotline at (02) 8876-1476, which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Customers are advised to provide their vehicle details, location and a short description of the problem to help arrange the appropriate service.

The roadside program adds another layer to OMODA & JAECOO Philippines’ after-sales operations as the company develops its local dealer and service network.
