BSB Junrose Named Michelin Commercial Tire Distributor

Michelin is expanding its commercial tire distribution in the Philippines through BSB Junrose Corporation, which has been appointed as one of the tire maker’s new importer-distributors serving fleet and commercial transport operators.
The appointment gives BSB Junrose a new product category for its commercial vehicle business while widening Michelin’s distribution network in the country from four to seven importer-distributors.
BSB Junrose will initially offer Michelin commercial tires for selected vehicle applications in the Philippine market.

The company said fleet vehicles have different tire requirements from privately owned cars because they operate around delivery schedules, fixed routes and daily utilization targets. Tire selection therefore needs to account for vehicle application, road conditions, loads and downtime.
“BSB Junrose is strengthening its role in commercial mobility by supporting fleet operators in selected critical areas that contribute to vehicle reliability, uptime and operational efficiency,” BSB Junrose president Ian Bangayan said.
“The addition of Michelin commercial tires expands that capability into another essential area of fleet operations.”
Tire performance can also affect fleet operating costs. Rolling resistance may influence fuel consumption, while correct inflation, proper load matching and tires suited to operating conditions can affect tread wear, durability and service life.
BSB Junrose said customers will receive product information and guidance based on the Michelin commercial tires available through the company.
The new line complements its existing commercial vehicle products, which include batteries, lubricants, grease, clutches, bearings and selected engine components.
Among the Michelin products shown in the press material are the X Multi Energy Z for regional, long-distance and urban transport, the X Multi D+ for regional and urban transport, and the X Multi Energy T2 for regional and long-distance use. These are pictured on page three of the release.
BSB Junrose is presenting the commercial tire lineup at Transport & Logistics Philippines 2026 at Booths 208 and 209, where fleet operators can review the tires and their intended applications.
“Commercial vehicles earn their keep on the road,” Bangayan said. “Our goal is to support fleet operators in the critical areas where the right product and the right guidance can help protect reliability and uptime.”
