ACMobility earns HR honors

ACMobility has received five citations from two international awards programs for its human resources management and leadership.

The Ayala Group’s mobility arm earned three honors at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards and two silver awards at the 11th Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

ACMobility took gold for Excellence in HR Management and bronze for Excellence in Total Rewards at the HR Excellence Awards. Chief People Officer Ariane Nava also received silver as HR Leader of the Year.

At the Stevie Awards, ACMobility chief executive Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala was named a silver winner for People-Focused CEO of the Year. Nava received another silver citation for Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year.

The Stevie Awards chose this year’s winners from more than 1,000 nominations submitted by organizations across 38 countries. The program recognizes employers, human resources professionals and workplace programs.

The winners are scheduled to be honored on Oct. 28 at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, together with recipients of other Stevie award programs.

“The honors from the HR Excellence Awards and the Stevie Awards reflect the same commitment we’ve carried through the years: building a workplace environment where our people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow,” Nava said.

She credited the ACMobility team for the latest recognition.

The awards make this the second straight year that ACMobility has secured citations from both programs. They follow two other workplace distinctions received earlier in 2026: Top Employer certification from the Top Employers Institute and certification from Great Place to Work Philippines.

ACMobility handles several mobility businesses under the Ayala Group. It distributes BYD and Kia vehicles in the Philippines and operates selected dealerships for both brands, along with an Isuzu dealership network.

The company also oversees Bosch Car Service operations and an electric vehicle charging network across more than 200 locations nationwide.
