VinFast opens early bookings for all-new VF 8 in PH ahead of November launch

VinFast has opened pre-orders for the all-new VF 8 electric SUV in the Philippines, offering the first 1,000 customers a free one-year battery subscription ahead of its official launch in November.

The Philippines is the first international market to introduce the new D-segment electric SUV, which uses a new-generation technology platform and features updates to its design, equipment and driving performance.
Bookings opened on 14 October and will continue until 5 November 2026 through authorized VinFast dealerships nationwide.
Customers must place a non-refundable deposit of P5,000 to P10,000 to secure a reservation. The complimentary one-year battery subscription applies to the first 1,000 customers who complete their deposits during the promotional period.

VinFast expects to officially launch the VF 8 in November, with initial customer deliveries scheduled to begin within the same month.
The new SUV follows the company’s “Tech Fluid” design philosophy, which emphasizes flowing body lines and a contemporary appearance. Its design combines modern styling with features intended for everyday driving.
VinFast is also offering a seven-year or 160,000-kilometer vehicle warranty, along with a 10-year or 200,000-kilometer battery warranty.

Antonio “Toti” Zara III, chief executive officer of VinFast Philippines, said the early booking program was introduced following strong customer interest in the company’s electric vehicles.
“The pre-order program is our way of giving Filipinos a chance to be among the first in the Philippines to experience our newest offering,” Zara said.
He described the VF 8 as a premium midsize electric crossover developed for Filipino customers seeking performance and advanced technology.

The VF 8 will expand VinFast’s electric vehicle portfolio in the Philippines as the Vietnamese automaker continues to develop its local distribution and customer support network.
The company is also working with V-Green and local partners to expand charging infrastructure and after-sales services.
These efforts support VinFast’s broader strategy to improve EV accessibility and reduce ownership costs as it expands its presence in the Philippine market.
